Every appointment is one to one and sixty minutes, at either clinic or in your own home.
What we offer
Everyone starts with an initial assessment. It lets us check that respiratory physiotherapy is appropriate and safe for you before any treatment begins.
Fees depend on where you are seen. Each clinic sets its own rate, and home visits carry an additional transport charge. We will confirm the fee with you when we arrange the appointment — just ask when you get in touch.
Initial assessment
- Comprehensive one-to-one respiratory assessment
- Baseline outcome measures and clinical observations
- Goal setting, and a plan built around them
Rehabilitation session
- Supervised, progressive exercise
- Oxygen saturation, heart rate and blood pressure monitored throughout
- Education and self-management support
Airway clearance
- Specialist secretion clearance techniques
- For conditions such as bronchiectasis and neuromuscular disease
- Technique training so you can manage at home

Home visits
In your own home, anywhere in Nairobi.
A transport charge is added for home visits.
Referral form
Your doctor can complete a referral on your behalf, or you can fill one in yourself as a self-referral and send it ahead of your first appointment. It isn’t required in order to book — it just helps us prepare.

Booking form
Just the essentials. We’ll take a full history when we see you.
Please don’t send medical details through this form. We ask only for what we need to arrange the appointment. Your full clinical history is taken in person at your assessment, or through the referral form sent directly to us by email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment.
Clinic time is held for you, and for a home visit your therapist travels to you, so appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed altogether, may incur a base cancellation fee.
Extenuating circumstances are always considered case by case. If something has come up, just let us know.
